Natalie and Kelly have written an article, published by Resolution in The Review, about Re TT (2019) and the absurdity of modern family law which does not provide for trans parents.

The recent ruling in Re TT [2019] EWHC 2384, which forced transgender man Fred McConnell to be registered as the mother of his child, raises important questions about whether UK law goes far enough in providing for modern families. We discuss the facts of the case as well as our view on the way forward from here.
