Robyn Jones (She/her)
With a passion for inclusivity and clarity in the law, Robyn is a Senior Paralegal with our team. She supports all our legal work across UK and international surrogacy (including parental orders, non-biological surrogacy cases and British nationality and passports for children born through surrogacy), adoption and conception matters. With a particular expertise in family building through donor conception, her work extends to matters involving legal parenthood (including consular birth certificate recognition) for different and same-sex couples, single mothers and those going through divorce, conceiving with both clinic and known donors.
Robyn joined our team in 2022, having graduated with a degree in law. She has worked with individuals in complex and emotive circumstances through her previous roles with the Crown Prosecution Service and working in donor information at the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority.
She is currently studying to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer.
