Natalie speaks at the AAAA Conference in Chicago on global surrogacy

Natalie was delighted to speak at the international conference of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys in Chicago 15-17 September 2024. She was part of a panel on surrogacy developments in Europe, and honoured to speak alongside Ana Miramontes from Spain and Alexander Schuster from Italy.

It was a huge pleasure to join so many international surrogacy experts (including many old friends), and to enjoy the unseasonally warm weather in the normally windy city. Natalie talked about the experience of UK parents travelling to the US for surrogacy and how US attorneys can best support them, as well as the trajectory of law reform projects both in the UK and in respect of a potential future Hague treaty on recognition of parentage.
