We have written an article for Fertility Network UK magazine about the most common surrogacy myth of all – that a surrogate in the UK has a right – and is likely – to keep the baby she carries.  That is neither the experience we see on the ground, nor a good statement of how the law actually works if there is a dispute, as Natalie explains.
