Responding to the birth of Elton John’s son, through surrogacy in California, and hot on the heels of our recent High Court decision granting parenthood to a British couple who had entered into a commercial surrogacy arrangement in the US, Natalie talks about what a positive thing surrogacy can be for all involved and how UK law needs to catch up and embrace it.
