Helen and Natalie have written a substantive article for the Journal of Medical Law and Ethics about our experience of modern surrogacy practice for UK parents.  They look at how surrogacy works in the UK, as well as what drives parents overseas and surrogacy practice in the most popular international surrogacy destinations, as well as the problems with the current legal framework and the case for surrogacy law reform.
