Re Z and surrogacy law reform – Article published in International Family Law

We have written an article published in International Family Law, about the case of Re Z (no. 2) and the High Court having made a declaration of incompatibility ruling that UK surrogacy law discriminates against single parents.  Explaining the case background and what a parental order is, the article – co-written with our counsel on the case Adem Muzaffer – reflects on the significance of the case.
