Operations assistant                                                              

We are  looking for an Operations Assistant to support the NGA Law and Brilliant Beginnings team.  Working at the heart of our small and close-knit Operations Team, and under the supervision of our Operations Manager and Accounts Manager, you will support the wider team to maintain our exceptional client service and to help ensure the smooth running of our offices, facilities and financial processes.  You will work collaboratively with the whole team, with a varied role which includes client-facing work, administration and some IT and accounts work.  Full training will be given. 

You will ideally be a graduate and must be able to demonstrate: ·        

  • at least two years’ office experience, and          
  • an excellent fit with our core values of quality, collaborative team-working, innovation, and honesty and integrity.   

The role is full-time and based at our office in Burgate, Hampshire, although may also suit someone wishing to work from home from time to time.
