Assisted reproduction law specialist - with full training  

We are looking for an experienced legal professional (a solicitor, legal executive or other) to join our cutting edge team to advise and represent clients with the legal aspects of building their families in non-traditional ways, as well as with any disputes which arise, in relation to UK and international surrogacy, donor conception, adoption, LGBT parenting/ relationships, and conception with stored eggs, sperm or embryos.  You will be part of the NGA Law legal team which works closely alongside our sister organisation Brilliant Beginnings. 

This area of law is fast changing and we will provide full training and ongoing mentoring for the right candidate. Experience in family law would be helpful and you must be able to demonstrate:

  • a track record of providing exceptional client service in a legal capacity,
  • experience managing legal cases and supervising others, and
  • an excellent fit with our core values. 

The role could be full or part time, with flexible working from home or either of our offices in Hampshire and central London. Operations assistant                                                              

We are also looking for an Operations Assistant to support the NGA Law and Brilliant Beginnings team.  Working at the heart of our small and close-knit Operations Team, and under the supervision of our Operations Manager and Accounts Manager, you will support the wider team to maintain our exceptional client service and to help ensure the smooth running of our offices, facilities and financial processes.  You will work collaboratively with the whole team, with a varied role which includes client-facing work, administration and some IT and accounts work.  Full training will be given. 

You will ideally be a graduate and must be able to demonstrate: ·        

  • at least two years’ office experience, and          
  • an excellent fit with our core values of quality, collaborative team-working, innovation, and honesty and integrity.   

The role is full-time and based at our office in Burgate, Hampshire, although may also suit someone wishing to work from home from time to time.
