Natalie was asked to write an article for the US legal journal Family Law Quarterly following her talk to the conference of the American Bar Association conference in Las Vegas. She covers what US assisted reproduction attorneys need to know when working with intended parents from the UK, including why UK parents go to the US for surrogacy and how UK law on parenthood and British nationality fits with the US legal framework.
