Sue Breen joins the NGA Law family

IMG_0311We are delighted to announce that Sue Breen has joined our team as a senior solicitor. Sue qualified in 1991 and is based in our London office.

Sue qualified in Manchester and spent many years practising in the area of child protection representing children and parents. Sue specialises in all aspects of family law including divorce, civil partnership dissolution, separation and financial matters. She has acted for high net worth individuals, both married and unmarried. She has expertise in all areas of the law of children, special guardianship and financial support for children. Sue has advised many parents on complex applications for relocation both within the UK and abroad.  As a parent of teenagers Sue has a particular interest and knowledge of issues such as cyber bullying and education law and is available to give practical, child-centred legal advice around the many issues associated with parental responsibility.

Ranked as a leading family law by independent directory Legal 500, Sue is pragmatic and outcome-focused but ‘not afraid to give strong advice’ (Legal 500).  She is a member of Resolution and is a lay member of the Church of England’s Governing Body, the General Synod, as an active member of ‘Inclusive church’ who campaigns for a church which does not discriminate on any level.
